Protein hair mask for longer locks
Your hair feels a little frazzled after the long, cold winter and you’re trying everything to make it normal again. We heard you, and that’s why we can tell you that what your locks are missing is protein. Let’s bring out some eggs, yogurt and avocado.

Avocado, stronger than Sansom: This fruit is excellent for your hair, but you shouldn’t apply it directly onto your scalp especially if your texture is oily. Mix it with a little bit of oatmeal to neutralize the grease.
Yogurt, silkier than silk: Make sure to choose the plain, whole milk variation and leave it in your hair for at least half and hour. You can add one tablespoon of honey to really end up with the softest hair.
Of course eggs are the most sought after ingredient for homemade hair masks and for good reason. The hair follicles really absorb all the protein from eggs, leaving it hydrated, fuller and stronger.
