It’s widely known that if you want lose weight, look younger, improve your memory and be all around healthy, you have to sleep longer and well. For some of us, that task might be easier to say than done because we can’t shut down our bodies and minds completely. Well, today is your lucky day, because I’m going to share with you some easy yoga poses you can do in bed to help you relax.

When we sleep our body releases hormones like the human growth hormone (HGH) which allows our skin to grow and regenerate cells. Don’t be surprised if you look prettier and younger. On the other hand, If you don’t get enough zzzz… your skin looks dull and leathery.
If you have a hard time decompressing your body because you’re too stressed out, drink lavender tea an hour before bedtime. Lavender helps reduce the levels of cortisol (stress hormone) and allow your body to breathe. Chamomile is another good choice which helps lower adrenaline.
