Revive Dead Hair with Natural Ingredients

Every month we go through our hormonal changes and it shows in the texture of our hair. It just looks dry, dull, frizzy and deadly. To that, add harsh weather conditions and you end with a recipe for disaster. Spring is here, and it’s time to bring your hair back to life with the following kitchen ingredients.

Also: Glitter makeup to shine everywhere you go!

Egg whites: Full of natural protein, egg whites will nourish your hair follicles and make them stronger. Apply this mask at least once a week to repair your damaged hair.

Olive oil: This natural oil is perfect to keep your scalp and hair follicles moisturized. It’s best to apply it directly on your hair and leave it for at least 30 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water, then apply shampoo twice, but skip the conditioner.

Apple cider vinegar: As a natural antioxidant, apple cider vinegar is excellent to neutralize the pH of your scalp. It will get rid of any itchiness, dryness, and even dandruff. You can also apply it directly with a cotton ball or do a rinse mixing a cup of vinegar in a cup of water.

Coconut oil: This fantastic oil is your beauty routine’s best ally. It’s not only great to keep your skin moisturized and removed your makeup, but is the easiest hair treatment around. Simply apply it all over your hair and let it dry. Braid your hair or cover it with a cap and go to bed. Rinse in the morning and you’ll see the difference right away. It will feel very silky!

Avocado: Of course I couldn’t leave without telling you about this classic ingredient. Here’s a video for you to prepare your very own avocado hair mask.

Unveil the full potential of your hair!
