The best thing about these recipes is that you can go crazy with the (healthy) ingredients. Buy a couple of glass jars so the oatmeal can stay fresh in the fridge up to three days. The basic ingredients are oats and low-fat milk, use any variety you prefer, but keep in mind that rice, almond, coconut and soy are easier to digest than cow’s milk. Then add seeds like chia and hemp, plus healthy fat like nuts for extra fiber and crunch.
