There’s nothing like a green, protein filled smoothie to cleanse your system and remind your intestines who’s boss!

This recipe is so rich and delicious that you’ll feel full and satiated after you drink it. You won’t be missing any solids, promised. It’s full of fiber, which helps slow down your metabolism and digestion. You won’t be craving food for several hours and snacks won’t be that tempting.
Kale is a superfood, rich in omegas, fatty acids and antioxidants which will cleanse your intestines and liver of toxins. There are different varieties of the veggie, and you could use any of them. We particularly like lacinato because the taste is much lighter than other kales. So, grab these ingredients and blend those stored calories away.
Instructions: Blend all the ingredients and that’s it! Enjoy this delicious high-protein, low-fat smoothie for lunch or dinner. Add a little salt, pepper, and squeeze half a lemon for extra flavor. You’re going to love the taste and benefits of this weight loss friendly liquid meal.
Note: If you don’t like your smoothie thick, you could strain it before drinking it, but know that you could be losing some of the nutrients.
