Flavanoids: In other words, dark chocolate. You should eat at least three ounces of dark chocolate per day to regenerate cells. Dark chocolate protects the skin from UV rays and it has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce redness and puffiness. If you have chronic dark circles, you want to increase the amount of flavonoids you consume in a day.
B-12: This vitamin is present in high quantities in shellfish, liver and cruciferous vegetables. In the perfect world, you should eat at least three to four ounces of meats and veggies enriched with vitamin B12. Cobalamin, the main component in this vitamin is responsible for increasing your stamina. The more stamina, the more endurance and resistance you’ll have to exercise and stay fit.
Omega 3 fatty acids: I’m talking about fatty seafood like salmon, sardines and anchovies. It’s also very high in kale and nuts such as walnuts and almonds. Omegas are important to maintain your brain and memory health. You should eat various servings of these foods throughout the day. Take fish oil supplements every other day to increase the amount of this ingredient on your system. Remember, a healthy mind means a younger you.
